We prepare our Goldenrod Extract from fresh (undried) flowering tops of Solidago spp. plants which are Certified Organically Grown on our own farm without the use of chemical fertilizers, pesticides or herbicides or are Custom Wildcrafted in their natural wild habitat. To assure optimal extraction of Goldenrod's bioactive compounds, the uppermost tops of the plants are hand-harvested when just beginning to flower and are then taken directly to our laboratory and promptly extracted while still fresh and succulent.

Our Goldenrod is never fumigated or irradiated.

This organic blend of the two most popular Echinacea species (Echinacea purpurea and Echinacea angustifolia) is carefully grown on our certified organic farm. The herbs are harvested when they are most potent, and processed immediately to retain their beneficial constituents.

Echinacea was used by many Native American populations throughout the United States. This widespread use was adopted by the Eclectic physicians in the U.S. and its use was documented in medical texts until 1947. A German pharmaceutical manufacturer imported Echinacea purpurea to Germany in the 1930's, and since then, German and American scientists have been researching the clinical usefulness of the herb with an emphasis on supporting the immune system. This herb is popular both in Europe and in the US.

Since the era of the Eclectics, herbalists have known that all good quality Echinacea products cause a mild tingling sensation in the mouth. This is due to the alkylamides, which are recognized for their biological effect on the immune system.

As a result of many clinical trials that were done in the 1990's, Echinacea sales account for approximately 10% of the dietary supplement market. Many clinical trials are still being conducted today.

Warnings & Disclaimers:
Nutritional supplements containing Echinacea should be used with caution in individuals with autoimmune diseases.  Avoid use during nursing and use for no more than 1 week at a time during pregnancy until further research verifies no contraindications. Keep out of reach of children.  Discontinue if unusual symptoms occur. Do not exceed recommended dose unless under the guidance of a health care professional.

The gentle freeze-drying technique used preserves the natural constituents present in our organic Cranberries to resemble the form used in clinical studies.

Cranberry, a small evergreen shrub, grows in damp bogs from Alaska to Oregon, and on the eastern coastline. Cranberries have been consumed for their tangy, refreshing taste, and naturally contain minerals and the antioxidant vitamins A and C. They are rich in antioxidant flavonoids (anthocyanidins) to protect your body from free radicals. Historically, Native Americans used Cranberries as food and for health benefits, and in the early 1800's German scientists began researching its effect on urinary tract function.

Freeze-drying these berries helps to maintain and preserve the valuable constituents found in the fresh berries.

Our organic Goldenseal is harvested at its peak potency from the fertile volcanic soils of our certified organic farm.

Goldenseal is another popular herb among the Native Americans that evolved to become an official herbal remedy in the United States Pharmacopeia. It has traditionally been referred to as "King of the Mucous Membranes," as it was known to help regulate secretions of the mucous membranes.

Goldenseal contains powerful alkaloids, giving it the distinctive yellow-gold color. Presently, this herb is one of the five top-selling herbal products in the United States.

Organic cultivation of this important plant is necessary to preserve diminishing wild stocks, in short supply from many years of over-harvesting. Our organic Goldenseal is from our certified organic farm and the rhizomes and roots are freshly harvested, dried, milled and promptly encapsulated.

Warnings & Disclaimers:
Do not take Goldenseal supplements if pregnant or nursing. Keep out of reach of children. Discontinue if unusual symptoms occur. Do not exceed recommended dose unless under the guidance of a health care professional.
