Yogi tea is a spicy, warming, and stimulating herbal tea blend that is delicious to drink. It is especially useful in the winter, a time of great yin.
Just as those of the Sikh faith take five Amrit vows, Yogi Tea, based on a blend by the Sikh teacher Yogi Bhajan, has five ingredients.

Contains: Cinnamon, Cloves, Cardamom, Ginger, and Black Pepper

Directions: Lightly simmer one tsp in a pint of water for one half hour. Then sweeten to taste.
